Chef Jonathan Liddell:
Jon grew up in Northern Michigan where he first started persuing his passion
for cooking. Jon has worked at various resorts, hotels, and restraunts
while attending high school and Grand Rapids Community College. While
attending Grand Rapids he studied culinary, baking and pastry, and resturant
management. Since November of 2004 he has been the executive chef at East
End Cafe where he has been making dishes known for thier creative twist on
classic Italian cuisine. Jon has proven himself as a unique chef with
captivateing dishes and passion for the culinary arts. |

Chef Scott Ehrlich
:
Born in St. Louis Missouri, Scott graduated from Western Culinary Institute
in 1993. After working around the country picking up American influences
from Portland, Oregon and Austin, Texas he worked for seven years in New
York. In 2001 Scott opened two restaurants in the lower East side in New
York City, A.K.A. Cafe and Alias Restaurant. He received favorable reviews
in the New York Times, New York Magazine, and the New York Observer for both
restaurants. Scott's food can be described as creative contemporary
American with basis in French technique and flavors of pan American with
emphasis in ceviche. Scott has eight published recipes in Food and Wine
Magazine.

Rasta Gavin B. Kearney
Vegetarian & Macro Biotic Chef
Culinary Alchemist:
Talented professional with the gift of exsquisetly joining the energy of
live, whole foods with the vitality of life. His ability to combine
seasonal foods with international styles of cuisine have created a
supportive and loyal following. Gavin now works at Room with a View
mastering all of their vegetarian dishes. |

Director Ched Sharpless:
Ched was raised on St.Thomas through the first 15 years of his life. After graduating from UNCW in winter of 2000 with a business management degree, he traveled through Europe and all of the US working in various food and beverage establishments. Ched moved back to St. Thomas 5 years ago when he started working for East End Cafe, and Room With A View. Room With A View has won wine spectator awards of excellence for the past 3 years due to their sommelier Brian Andre. Under Brian's guidance Ched has become well versed with wine and its importance to food. Mr. Sharpless has recently passed with flying colors a Wine Spectator course for general wine knowledge. |
